- As a customer service employee, you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.
- With your voice and a nice offer, you put a smile on the face of the customer.
- Be commercial and like to sell
- Also, keep that Voice quiet now and then and listen carefully to the customer.
- Provide a suitable solution to the customer.
- Helping and advising the customer where necessary.
- Answering customer questions regarding his invoice, technical support, or about the products and services the company offers
- Very good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
- You learn quickly, you are good at multitasking and you can react promptly and adequately.
- Proven skills in interpersonal communication.
- Service-oriented trait; kindness should be second nature to you.
- Has a pleasant telephone voice.
- Loves competition, and preferably likes to win.
- Basic computer skills.
- The candidate must have at least one year of continuous experience in one of the TelCo projects (Orange/TelNet/Proximus…) in a customer service role.
